  • Eggs
  • Seafood (including fish, shellfish, kelp and seaweed)
  • Breads made with iodate dough conditioners
  • Red food dyes (found in cereals, candies and vitamins) Restaurant food (including fast-food restaurants)
  • Foods containing any of the following ingredients:
    • iodized salt, iodinates, iodides, algin, alginates
    • agar
